Important Terms

• Website hosting under this service is exclusive to Chico Holographic Studios LLC servers to ensure performance, security, and uptime consistency.

• Client retains ownership of their content and domain.

• Additional development outside routine management may be billed separately at an hourly rate, as outlined in the Website Management Agreement.

• Photography, videography, and third-party services are not included unless contracted separately.

This service is governed by the Website Management Agreement and Service Level Agreement, and all services are provided in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws.
