Policies
Media Booking and Cancellation Policy
To ensure proper scheduling and preparation, all sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day and last-minute bookings are not accepted.Cancellations must be submitted more than 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
